Subscribe to the
ACA Events Calendar

If you use Apple or Google Calendar on mobile or a computer, you can subscribe to the ACA Events calendar to receive events and updates as they happen. Instead of manually entering every detail, events and changes will auto-sync automatically. Any updates or changes will be pushed directly to your device.

Events are view-only, so subscribers cannot make changes to them. However, you can adjust or disable notifications for events.

PREVIOUS SUBSCRIBERS
If you previously subscribed, you’ll first need to unsubscribe and then follow the steps below because the calendar link changed.

To Subscribe

iPhone

These instructions are for the default Apple Calendar only. Some steps may be slightly different depending on the version of iOS you’re using. It’s always best to install the latest iOS updates to keep your device secure.

  1. Copy this link: ACA Events (tap and hold until the options menu appears, scroll down, tap Copy Link)

  2. Open the Calendar app.

  3. Tap the calendar icon in the bottom right.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and select Add Calendar.

  5. Tap Add Subscription Calendar.

  6. Single tap in the Subscription URL field and select Paste. If the link isn’t inserted, try copying it again from Step 1.

  7. Tap Find.

  8. (Optional) Change the calendar description, color, etc, or leave it as the default. Also, chose whether you want to receive alerts for events by switching Event Alerts on or off. These options can be changed later.
    Pro Tip: Use purple (an ACA color) to differentiate it from other calendars you may have.

  9. Tap the red checkmark (top right) to save..

The ACA Events calendar will now appear in your phone calendar and sync automatically.

Android

  1. Copy this link: ACA Events

  2. Open a web browser and go to Google Calendar.This must be done from a computer, not the app.

  3. On the left sidebar, click the + next to Other calendars.

  4. Select From URL.

  5. Paste the copied link into the field and click Add calendar.

  6. On your Android phone, open the Google Calendar app

  7. Tap the Menu (three lines) in the top left.

  8. Go to Settings

  9. Tap the new calendar under your account, and toggle on Sync.

The ACA Events calendar will now appear in your phone calendar and sync automatically.

To Unsubscribe

iPhone

  1. Open the Calendar app.

  2. Tap the Calendar icon in the bottom right.

  3. Find the ACA Events calendar and tap the ⓘ symbol beside it.

  4. Tap Unsubscribe, then Unsubscribe again to confirm. Do not select Unsubscribe and Report Junk.

Android

  1. Open a web browser and go to Google Calendar. This must be done from a computer, not the app.

  2. On the left sidebar, find the ACA Calendar under Other calendars.

  3. Click the X next to the calendar name.

  4. Click Remove Calendar to confirm.
