Subscribe to the ACA Calendar

If you use a mobile calendar app like Apple’s or Google’s, you can subscribe to ACA’s calendar to stay updated. Instead of manually entering events on your phone, the latest updates will sync automatically in real-time. Whenever the school adds or modifies an event, the changes will be pushed directly to your device.

Events in subscription calendars are view-only, so subscribers cannot make changes to the event itself. However, you can adjust or disable notifications for them.

Subscribe

iPhone

  1. Copy this link: ACA Calendar Link

  2. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  3. Scroll down and tap Calendar > Accounts > Add Account.

    • On iOS 18 and later: Scroll down and tap Apps > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account.

  4. Select Other > Add Subscribed Calendar.

  5. Paste the link you copied in Step 1 into the Server field and tap Next.

  6. (Optional) Change the description, color, etc, then tap Save.

The ACA calendar will now appear in your Apple Calendar app and update automatically.

Android

  1. Copy this link: ACA Calendar Link

  2. Open a web browser and go to Google Calendar (this must be done from a computer, not the app).

  3. On the left sidebar, click the + next to Other calendars.

  4. Select From URL.

  5. Paste the copied link into the field and click Add calendar.

The calendar will sync to your Google account and appear in the Google Calendar app on your phone.

Unsubscribe

iPhone

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap Calendar > Accounts.

  3. Select Subscribed Calendars.

  4. Tap the ACA calendar.

  5. Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Android

  1. Open a web browser and go to Google Calendar (this must be done from a computer, not the app).

  2. On the left sidebar, find the ACA calendar under Other calendars.

  3. Click the X next to the calendar name.

  4. Click Remove Calendar to confirm.
